Great product, shipping issue |

My two dogs love the product, and ordering from Raw Paws and using Amazon Pay was convenient. It's easier than trying to find a local butcher.
I never received the generic shipping email with the tracking number, and customer service told me that I missed it in my spam. That's not true as I monitor my spam folder when ordering from new companies, and I'm disappointed in the response. I would have rather had a generic apology. I was lucky to be home when the product arrived on Sunday. The patties were easy to break by hand, and after I refroze them, I could tell the difference between frozen and how they arrived. There wasn't enough dry ice, and the shipment arrived cool and thawed.
2-day shipping is problematic, and I’ll have to discontinue my automatic shipments. I don't think the product will survive 2-day+ shipping with Arizona temperatures hit 90+ degrees.
