  • I forgot my password

  • What is the status of my order?

    To check the status of your order, click the My Orders link in your My Account section. See our Shipping Info section for more information on when your order will ship and the estimated transit days.

  • How do I make a change to my order?

    To make a change to your order, please call or text (317) 509-9811 or email [email protected] for help. Please note, we are not able to make changes to your order after shipment.

  • What is your return policy?

    We are always willing to work with our customers to make things right!

    We ask that you please carefully review product descriptions, specs, pricing, and images along with shopping cart quantities before placing an order. We do not consider overlooking the aforementioned as a valid reason for return. Please read below for more information on our return policy.

    If you received the wrong items, damaged items, thawed items, please hold onto those items and let us know within 3 days after delivery. We may ask for pictures.

    Our food is 100% all-natural, so odor, color, and texture can vary. If you believe you received a defective item, please hold onto the item and let us know within 3 days after delivery. We may ask for pictures and further explanation.

    Our pets have taste and smell preferences just like humans. We do not consider a pet’s refusal to eat the food, treat or chew as a valid reason for return. In these instances, please let us know because we always want you and your pets to be happy. We will do what we can to make things right!
