I love this company! August 1, 2023 Reviewer: Jenny Abbadusky from California   They go above and beyond in customer service. I placed a large order which due to shipping delays arrived completely thawed out. Placed a call and they immediately shipped another order unfortunately again it was delayed and arrived unfrozen. Again I called in and we worked out a new shipping plan using a different carrier and week day. Order arrived frozen and my dog, a picky eater, absolutely loves his food! Excellent product/customer service July 22, 2023 Reviewer: Paula Ellenburg from Dunedin, FL United States   My dog loves this raw dog food! It also looks very fresh like good bloody fresh ground beef. What I am super impressed with is that when fed ex delayed the shipment and the meat arrived thawed, they shipped a new order outimmediately  because I was concerned about the freshness and quality. 1-lb Rolls - My Hounds LOVE it! July 21, 2023 Reviewer: Janene Owens from Abingdon, MD United States   Started my dogs on raw 1-lb rolls of beef/chicken/turkey this year and they love it!  Our vet remarked how beautiful their coats are and our one hound had horrible skin allergies and they are gone.  Quality and delivery are both excellent! My dogs love it, specially the Beef Blend and the Beef Mackerel blend! also their snacks, specially the chicken and duck necks! BTW - Customer services is awesome too!
