Brilliant service + food that my picky dog LOVES! January 27, 2023 Reviewer: RAE TEMILY from WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA United States   My little goldendoodle Ravioli (who is a raw foodist, ha!) used to eat anything I gave him, but in recent months has gotten more and more picky. He now refuses Stella & Chewy's, Small Batch, etc. I feel like I've almost tried them all. But miraculously, the beef tripe blend patties he'll wolf down in a hot second, cleaning the plate + asking for more. (Which is a RELIEF, because I couldn't handle having to throw out any more bags of food that he was refusing to eat!) Customer service is top notch - had a glitch with FedEx delivering the box (through no fault of Raw Paws) and they called on our behalf, chased it, followed up and made sure it all arrived in great condition, still frozen. Honestly - they're just good humans who clearly really care. Five stars. Was this review helpful to you?

Skeptic to BELIEVER January 27, 2023 Reviewer: Kendra Wilson from MIDDLEBURG, FL United States   First, let me say that, I am a  species appropriate whole prey model feeder for my canines. I have self prepped for 7 years and the thought of allowing ANYONE else to prep my pup's foods was inconceivable. But, we recently went to full time RV life and simplifying has become a must in all areas of our lives. RP was my first premade purchase.  I can't say how happy and relieved hubby and I are since trying our first order with them. The puppers absolutely inhale their goat meat! They love the tripe and I can't say I will miss prepping THAT. Customer service is top notch. We had an issue with one chub that had split at the end. I called CS on a weekend and left a message for Monday. I received a call back at 7pm the same evening (they're not even open) John went over and above to make things right. I was very impressed with how he handled the situation. I learned a lot about the company too. This raw feeding company is stellar in my opinion and they just earned a lifetime customer! Fab service, high quality products January 27, 2023 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA United States   My order arrived super fast - within a couple of days from memory - and everything was carefully packed in dry ice for transit so that it stayed frozen. The actual product is great for our one year old mini golden doodle, who is on a 100% raw diet and thriving. We gently half-thaw the patties then cut them into quarters and pop them in mini zip lock bags in the freezer for easy defrosting + serving later. Ravioli loves them! Was this review helpful to you?

Yum yum yum! January 27, 2023 Reviewer: Joyce Distler from Ohio, OH United States   I have 4 dogs who eat raw. Lately they have seen uninterested in the ( unnamed) company I have been using. Then I discovered raw paws! Right away they noticed the differance. Every one is eager and lingers at their bowl licking! I bought a variety of blends and we couldn't be happier with the quality, the customer service, the price and shipping!  Thine, Mackie, Daisy and Little Willie give their seal of approval.
