Convenient Food topper or snack January 25, 2023 Reviewer: Linda Peckenham from Sneads Ferry, NC United States   They come frozen in bags and separate easily, so I just grab a few at a time grind them up in my mini chopper and top their food with them. Or I give them whole as a snack. Very convenient, and loaded with super healthy omegas. Was this review helpful to you?
