The shipping was delayed to the point that the raw food didn't seem safe to feed my cats. However, Raw Paws staff reassured me while I was waiting for the delivery that if the food didn't arrive in time that they would take care of me. They even responded to a voicemail I left on Saturday within an hour and really took the time to explain that the delays sometimes happen with these unique set of circumstances (pandemic, racial unrest, high summer temps, long transport to the nw). When it finally it did arrive and I told them it didn't feel safe to feed my cats, they respected my decision and walked me through my options. I asked for them to refund my card, and they did. They ALSO sent my complementary cat treats and a $20 credit to my Raw Paws account. This was better than I could ever imagine a failed experience could be and I really hope to use Rae Paws I'm the future. I just might wait until the world settles down (or at least the temperature cools).
