Excellent September 6, 2023 Reviewer: Dana English from Rockledge, FL United States   My pups have been on a raw diet for 3 years. I have always gotten their food from high end pet store’s frozen dept. The food often had a weird smell I didn’t like. Twice one of my dogs got sick from that food. I really love that Raw Paws food has no odor at all. Colorful food that overall looks more like what humans eat and my dogs gobble it up. Definitely high quality! Was this review helpful to you?

Great food, GREAT service! August 24, 2023 Reviewer: Kelly Slocum from Washington state, United States   I recently placed my first order for the beef w/tripe blend, which I like for both dogs & cats for the great benefits of green tripe. I train & work detection dogs, & was excited to have both found this blend & for the screaming deal they were having on it. Online ordering was easy, & I had shipping notification with delivery date the following morning. Sadly, the shipper experienced delays while my region saw 100+ temperatures, resulting in the thawing of my entire order. I left a message with Raw Paws immediately upon seeing the condition of the ruined order, & got a call back within minutes. The customer service person had already started the reorder process, was friendly & efficient, & ensured success with the reorder, which arrived frozen solid 5 days later. I was thoroughly impressed with the great service. Great raw diets at affordable prices & reliable availability are hard to find, when you get one that includes great service, you hang on! My dog absolutely loves this!! August 5, 2023 Reviewer: Sandie from Florida   I have Anatolians, a large livestock guardian breed, and they can be very picky in the summer when it's really hot.
