Fresh healthy food September 4, 2023 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from IA United States   My dog loves all the varieties of the food. We mix it up with some NuPro joint and immunity support powder, a splash of kefir, and a raw egg with the shell. Occasionally I will add powdered herbs for an aging dog. He gobbles it up and is doing so much better on fresh food. We had him on kibble forever and he started failing. About 3 months after starting raw we noticed he was acting like a baby again, running, playing, grabbing his toys. He is 13 now. I wish we had fed him raw from the start. I did notice he did not need as much as it states, as he was gaining weight at first.  An overweight dog is a sick dog. He is 50 lbs and eats a little over half a pound a day.
