I have purchased raw food from this company twice now and I find the product to be excellent quality. The shipping schedule is very convenient and product arrives packed neat and frozen solid. I also like the freeze dried rabbit I give as treats. I just wish you had more selection of protein like rabbit, beaver, bone broth goat milk.

I lost my dog recently and raw paws was wonderful as I had just ordered him more treats so didn't need them. I have ordered treats for my 2 cats. One of them will only eat the rabbit treats and the other won't touch the rabbit but likes the chicken and duck treats… would recommend this company for the products and great customer service…

I recently switched to Raw Paws when I found out the brand we'd been using (Purpose), which touted itself as being sourced & manufactured in the USA, might not actually be made here. I typically ordered through Amazon, but when they stopped carrying it, I ordered straight from the manufacturer. That's when I got a charge from Purpose Pet Food in Hong Kong. At that point, I decided to make the switch. My vet recommended Raw Paws because it's actually raised & manufactured in the United States, and it's a local company (for me). When I called customer service, I was pleased to talk to a human, who was just down the road from me in Indianapolis. (Purpose Pet Food doesn't even have a phone number to call & they've never returned my email.) The customer service rep was extremely helpful & friendly in answering all my questions. I highly recommend Raw Paws for anyone who wants to feed their pet wholesome food from a company that's honest about where they source & manufacture their products.

My pickiest of cats love theses, as does my dog. My kitten that's about 6 months old has a bit of trouble chewing them. We have to give her smaller pieces because they are pretty hard. I believe this issue is just specific to her for the most part, other cats may not experience the same. We feed these sparingly due to cost - These will be part of our regular order moving forward.
