First time buyer, and I was very impressed with the quality of the meat and the shipping/packaging!

I also set aside portions and froze it. Much easier to handle and it thaws out very quickly!

$5.63 a pound for chicken liver? It's $0.99 in the grocery store. All commercial chicken processing is inspected and locally sourced. Just go to the grocery store and if they don't have it order it, usually in the frozen section because it's a low volume good.

Well Packaged. I would prefer to be able to purchase livers in a 1 lb. unit as I only need half the amount of livers to hearts.

Unfortunately, none of my 3 dogs liked this (I guess texture). I will stick to the ground mixtures. The quality of this was great though.

Any meats or organs, including liver, I get here is fresh and not smelly at all. Nice to see it packaged in 5lb bags this time instead of 10lb bags and then double wrapped and in a box.
