Organic Pumpkin Powder for Dogs & Cats, 8-oz

Definitely not bright yellow like it normally is. This batch came from Chewy which is a brownish burnt smellinh stale powder and doesn't even taste like other batches I've bought before where it was bright yellow and sweet tasting. This last order i got off chewy smells and tastes awful and stale and burnt. Onve its been burnt youve burned allthe good stuff out and left behind burnt chemicals which im jot giving to my cat or dogs. Chewy wants me to go thru awhole long process to return it to get refunded i think its garbage chewy sells this stuff like this and they habe alot of complaints about this color changing and being burnt smelling now and not wanting to give it to their pets either. This stuff is overly priced. I can buy a can of organic pure pumpkin and dehydrate it myself for only $3. Or i can just use what i need then freeze the rest but i liked the idea of just getting it already powdered single ingredient and organic but i didn't expect it to go from bright fresh tasting yellow to burmt stale chemical tasting brownish color. Don't buy specially if you biy off chewy cause chewy has been going downhil lately with everything they sell for pets.

I'm sure the products have fantastic benefits but it is a bit messy in a paper bag, and I would urge the company to try to figure something else out

I have 3 dogs, one with horrible IBD and bouts of hemorrhagic gastroenteritis. When something she doesn't agree with is given to her, she gets diarrhea that inevitably becomes pure blood mixed with GI lining. At that point, anti inflammatory drugs are the best bet. When I received this pumpkin powder, she had just started showing signs of another flare-up with some drops of blood in her stool. I gave her 1 large scoop of this with her raw food, and her next bowel movement was hard and healthy! This is a savior! I use this now for all 3 of mine.

None of our previous cats ever had problems with hairballs but our eight-month old kitten had problems. We tried several other products but it wasn't until we started putting the pumpkin powder into her dry food that the problem was solved.

I called customer service to give special instructions for delivery. She was extremely helpful and followed through so my order was delivered without a flaw.

Both my cats had no problems with the flavor and were not off their food after inclusion in their diet. It caused no immediate digestion issues. Cats and I are happy with this product!

He won't eat his food with the powder on it

i add a little bit, so far, to their food and they eat it. can't tell yet the long term effects, but it's much easier and efficient than raw pumpking.

I have a cat who has had emergency surgery for bowl obstruction due to a hairball. Regardless of how much he is brushed, he sheds like crazy in the spring. I started giving him Raw Paws Pumpkin Powder after the surgery and we haven't had any issues since. I'm so grateful for this product and my guy loves it too!

i tried every way to get them to eat this product(even mixed it with butter) but they all would rather the food sit around all day than to eat it with this in it.

Just started using the pumpkin powder so too soon to see a difference. Like the ease of the powder versus feeding them canned pumpkin (it would spoil if I didn't use it fast enough).

My 18yr old cat was struggling to have a bowel movement and was diagnosed with megacolon. After refusing canned pumpkin I researched what else I could use. I sprinkle this in his wet food. The bags last a long time and he doesn't hesitate to chow down! The last vet check up showed his intestines in great shape. So thankful to have found something that helps his tummy!

My cat had diarrhea, Used the Organic Pumpkin powered and the diarrhea got better after the 2nd dose. I gave 3 doses as a precaution. By the 3rd dose, it was all clear.

My original review was critical as my dog had been experiencing diarrhea, I bought this to help, and after using the powder consistently for many days, no change –– in fact, his stool was worse!

I have since discovered (through a lot of testing with our vet) that my dog has multiple underlying health conditions that I did not know about and were impacting his GI system, therefore giving him diarrhea.

Basically, the powder never stood a chance because of the conditions he was experiencing. He's on medication now but we will keep this around for future loose stool bouts.

My pup has a sensitive stomach and this pumpkin helps when my pups digestive system gets out of whack.
