Signature Blend Pet Food for Dogs & Cats - Beef Recipe, 3-lb

My last 3 shipments (15 x 3lb chubs x 3 flavors = 135lbs EACH shipment) of Beef & Beef+Vegetable have been increasingly soupy (1 quart of liquid for 9 pounds of product), grey, and not smelling normal. I finally called customer service about the quality concerns and I received a small order (10 pounds) of 1 pound chubs - they were the normal bright red color, were firm (only 3/4 cup of liquid for 10 pounds of product), and had no peculiar odor. I have only a couple days left of RawPaws product and my orders have always made it through the next shipment verifying that the quantity of liquid is shorting me the typical product contained in a 3lb chub. I noticed that there are no emails for my monthly order - so I am assuming it did not ship. I have videos and pictures of all the quarts of liquid from the 3lb chubs since my communication. Where do we go from here?

A friend told me about Raw Paw so we decided to try it. This was one of the best decisions we have made. They love the beef roll. It comes in 1 or 3 pound rolls which is very convenient. It comes to the house frozen and on dry ice. My boys love this and their digestion Irma better and coats nice and shiny.

Our kid has ben on this food for years and is healthier than ever at 11. Just make sure to add some fiber to their diet

I haven't been able to feed my dogs beef in awhile. They both love it.

Every cat I have ever had loved Temptations treats. I have had Bobby for four years and he just doesnt like them, or any other cat treat. A customer brought me a small bag of your chicken treats for him to try and, lo and behold, Bobby likes them!

I thought it would be something they would really like , especially Sherman the feline they did not care for it . Took awhile to disappear .

I do no recall how I stumbled upon Raw Paws but, wow, what a stroke of luck. I am feeding this food to four dogs, each a different breed, who are all now thriving with it. The one who had giardia as a pup has finally put on weight/bulked up with this raw food. My challenge now is getting the 4 cats to eat Raw Paws consistently vs occasionally. Thank you Raw Paws!

I love having the mix but..there is alot of fat in this food and no matter how little you feed, your dogs will gain weight. FAT also can have an effect on pancreas and also cause higher pancreas numbers. I hope Raw Paws will fix this SOON. Very disappointing in this.

Always comes timely and frozen solid

I have been giving my dogs this Signature Blend now for several years. I particularly like the mix of meat, organs and bone meal. I add vegetables, grains and some vitamins, minerals. It's very easy to handle.
My dogs are both very healthy and they LOVE this food. And I also like that I know and can control what they eat.
Shipping takes about 5 days via FedEx. But the frozen meat is wrapped in plenty of dry ice.
Once there was a hiccup with UPS and the food was spoilt and could not be used. It was replaced immediately by the RawPaws Team. Great Job!
