This was one of my first purchases and I wasn't sure what to expect. I love that the kidney is already chunked up as it helps with my prep work for my Bernese Mountain Dog's meals. My total order was delivered quickly and still frozen. Will consider this supplier again when sourcing my raw food supplies.

Everything was fine as far as my knowledge of raw food goes. Sadly, after all the money and time making the raw food mix, my cat would not eat it. Now if someone could tell me how to get my CKD cat to eat the raw food, that would be great.

I have purchased meat for my family ( human grade) that did not come as well packaged as my order. My order was delayed multiple days by the carrier and still arrived frozen solid. I had blundered the input of my e-mail address and had not received a shipping notification, in one e-mail inquiry, customer service had responded to me, provided tracking and corrected my discrepancy. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

It's great that this is available to be purchased. I mix the beef kidney with the spleen to create 'offal' as part of my 3 dogs diet. Everything arrives frozen and in a timely manner!
